Arrival	The apartment is available starting at 15:30 (call us if you arrive early and we will try our best). Guests are expected to arrive Saturday (also possible on other days of the week)
Departure	For organizational reasons please leave the apartment by 9:30 am
Transfer	Free transfer to and from San Candido train station (both arrival and departure).
Smoking	In the apartments smoking is prohibited.
Dogs	On request dogs are allowed, for the price of 20,00 Euro per week without food. Dog bowl and possibly dog bed available.
Chalet	The fireplace is non usable

Payment	Cash, bank tranfer within 3 days before departure
Cancellation Conditions	If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in the apartment, we do our best to rent the apartment to another customer. If we are unable to find another customer, the following Cancellation Conditions shall apply: For cancellation up to 50 days before arrival the cancellation is possible free of charge. Up to 7 days prior to arrival we charge 70% of the total booking amount, within the final week before arrival we charge 80% of the total. If the cancellation is not announced until the day of arrival, we are obliged to charge the full amount.
